Are you fluent in both French and Dutch and looking for an exciting opportunity? We’ve got the perfect vacancy for you via YoungCapital! As a French-Dutch webshop and webcare specialist, you’ll be working for one of our top clients managing customer service for a well-known retail chain in the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers from France and the Netherlands, helping them in both French and Dutch.

This vacancy is anything but boring! You’ll handle a variety of tasks for both the webshop and webcare departments. From answering calls and emails to solving issues via social media like Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp, you’ll assist customers with questions about products, orders, delivery times, and warranties. Every customer is different, so you’ll need to stay sharp and adaptable.

What’s even better? Flexibility! You can work between 16 and 40 hours a week, with shifts available during evenings and weekends. The French-Dutch team operates from Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 and 21:00, so there’s plenty of room to fit this job around your schedule.

You’ll join a team of ten enthusiastic colleagues in the Amsterdam office, starting with a fully paid training in your first week. After just three days, you’ll even have the option to work from home for half the week. While the team’s main language is English, your excellent French and Dutch skills will be essential when speaking with customers.
