We're looking for someone who is precise, enthusiastic, and eager to support the team during the holiday period while balancing professional growth and personal well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Ensure vacation homes are spotless and festive, providing guests with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere during the holiday season.
• Team Support: Collaborate with a team of 11-20 members, working together to maintain a positive, supportive environment during the busy holiday period.
• Flexibility: Manage a flexible work schedule, with a focus on Mondays and/or Fridays, to help the team meet the increased demand during Christmas while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Hospitality: Contribute to a joyful and festive environment, aligning with our vision of hospitality and ensuring every guest enjoys their stay.
• Organization: Plan and execute tasks independently between 09:00 - 17:00, adapting to the holiday schedule for maximum efficiency and team support. Wat we je bieden
