At Dow, you'll work in a plant equipped with production facilities that use the latest technological advancements. Responsibilities:

• Follow policies to ensure the safe operation of the plant and achieve production goals within quality standards
• Operate and monitor process equipment
• Perform planned operational tasks as well as those arising from unplanned events
• Collaborate with shift team members and other shifts to share knowledge and balance workloads, ensuring smooth handovers during shifts
• Apply your process knowledge and skills to improve plant performance
• Independently perform maintenance, including minor repairs and preventive maintenance, following proper procedures
