As our Advisor I, Customer service position, you will be the main point of contact that interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending upon client requirements. You will handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service. You will be working closely with a big social media platform that has millions upon millions of users and is known and recognized worldwide. Are you up for the challenge?
What do you need?

You have at least a completed MBO background.

C1 to Native level of Hebrew and B2 level of English.

You have some experience in the Customer Support/Sales field.

You are available 40 hours a week.

You have good and strong typing/computer skills.

You have good communication skills, well organized, accurate and professional.
