Where will you be working?

As a part-time refund operator, you will be working for an organization located at Schiphol. This organization introduced the concept of 'tax-free shopping' 40 years ago. At Schiphol, products are purchased with additional tax. This tax can then be reclaimed here.

Who are you?

You are the one assisting customers with reclaiming tax, so it's important that you're good with numbers. You'll need to have the right information about the refund process and know how to input it into the system. Administrative experience is a plus. Since people often wait in line for a long time at Schiphol, it's important that you can entertain the customers. These customers come from various nationalities, so proficiency in English is a must.

The shifts are from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM and 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
